When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you provide in the form: name, business name, phone number, email address, borough, establishment type, last cleaning date, and any message you include. We do not ask for payment details on this site.

We use your information solely to respond to your quote request, schedule service, and communicate with you about the work. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Submissions are sent to our business email and stored in a managed backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) with access controls and encryption in transit. Access is restricted to the business owner and staff who need it to deliver service.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and deliver email (our hosting and email infrastructure provider). We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to provide service and for ordinary business recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing Spotless@parkerservices.online.

This website uses only the cookies needed for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
